Lisa is responsible for the direction of creative work with a commitment to bringing Swanson Russell’s brand promise of Real Connection™ to life. With over 19 years of experience and thought leadership, she works tirelessly to develop solutions that are unique, engaging and drive business results. Lisa has a history of leading both consumer and business-to-business accounts including Arctic Cat, E-Z-GO, Textron Off Road, NEST 529, SCUBAPRO, SiteOne Landscape Supply and Walls Outdoor Goods. As the Director of Creative Development, Lisa also serves as the organization’s lead advocate and proponent of creative thinking and staff development. She works with leadership to identify and implement personnel goals related to departmental excellence ensuring an ongoing environment of innovative thinking and creativity.

Nigel Tierney serves as Head of Content for RYOT, a subsidiary of Verizon Media (VM), overseeing the development, creative, art production, & marketing departments. Nigel is shepherding the advancement of immersive and mixed reality experiences specifically targeting the integration of storytelling, brand, & celebrity, as well as creating original content across brands such as Yahoo, Tumblr, & HuffPo. Most recently, Nigel directed & produced EARTH with Lil Dicky, Leonardo Dicaprio, Ariana Grande & 30 other celebrity artists.

Greg became CEO of Bailey Lauerman in 2016 after 26 years working at top global agencies in both New York and Los Angeles.
Since his arrival, Bailey Lauerman has positioned itself nationally as experts in what it calls “The Everything In-Between”…the 92% of America that lives outside of the country’s ten largest cities. The agency has also launched “The Everything In-Between Influencer Network”. Composed of over 200 influencers in 33 states, the network is designed create a more authentic and representative influencer platform for brands.
Prior to joining Bailey Lauerman, Greg held executive positions as U.S. President of RAPP and CEO of BBH North America. As a strategist, Greg has directed some of the most high-profile brands in the country such as Google, Ally Financial, Cadillac, Miller Lite, and Axe. He also served on the Global Board of Directors of EFFIE Worldwide for 8 years, giving talks around the world on the building blocks of marketing effectiveness.

Cameron Day is a Creative Director/writer/brand strategist who most recently served as Chief Creative Mentor of Amelié Company in Denver, Colorado, before returning to his five-acre slice of hill country heaven to start Two-headed Cam with his son, also a writer. Cameron has written an Advertising Survival Guide, "Chew With your Mind Open", and hopes to have it published soon. He freelances solo and otherwise, guest lectures, and works on vintage American hot rods for fun. And it is.

Alex Studer is a former 2016 Client Engagement summer intern at Bailey Lauerman and 2017 graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Alex started his career in Account Management at Deutsch NY, was named an ADCOLOR FUTURE in 2019, and is currently a Product Marketing Manager at Peacock TV.
Manager of Digital Services
Kylie joined Swanson Russell over four years ago after moving back to Lincoln from Kansas City. As Manager of Digital Services, Kylie is responsible for digital strategy for a number of clients including the Propane Education and Research Council, Rain Bird and Textron Aviation. Kylie also sets the strategic and service vision for the digital strategy team while co-managing a group of talented employees. Prior to joining SR, Kylie contributed to integrated digital marketing campaigns for clients such as Wendy’s and Dairy Queen. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three energetic kids.
