Meet the Pros Posters Off Press!
Good afternoon! The posters for Meet the Pros 2008 came off the press and were delivered today, and we expect to have them in the mail and out to college campuses early next week! If you just can't wait, click the link at the top of the page and you can download a copy for free to tile-out, glue/duct tape together, and post all over your school or locker room.

Podcasts for Design Students
Getting ready for your Meet the Pros experience is no small feat. We'll post some tips and tricks for you from time to time here on the old MTPBlog. If you're not already listening to these podcasts, they're recommended for you. Great to listen to while working in the lab, driving to school, working out, feeding the dog, partying, whenever, really. Most, if not all of these can be found in the iTunes Music Store under Podcasts.
Be A Design Cast: Nationally-famed show hosted by local designers Nate Voss (who designed this year's and last year's MTP posters!) and Donovan Beery, this show is geared towards students and young designers and features everything from shows on how to interview, get a job, and present your work to interviews with some of the top designers in the country. Highly entertaining. Recommended listening:

The Illustrative Designer: Hosted by full-tilt boogie designer and illustrator Von Glitschka, this is one of the best shows for students hungry for illustration work out there.
Rookie Designer: Hosted by Adam Hays, this long-running show covers, well, everything you think it might. Lots and lots of content.
